Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: [EFFECTIVE DATE] | Version: 1.0.0-draft
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules governing subscription fees for the Qssly platform and defines our role regarding refunds for transactions processed between Tenants and End-Customers.
1. Platform Subscriptions (Lite / Pro / Enterprise)
Subscriptions to the Qssly platform are subject to the following rules:
- Trial Expiration: Subscriptions created with a 14-day free trial must be cancelled prior to the 14th day. Billing charges are non-refundable once processed.
- Monthly and Annual Subscriptions: Standard subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual schedule. These payments are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for mid-cycle cancellations.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Tenant Administration settings panel. Access to your account features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
2. Customer Bookings & Cancellations (Tenant ↔ End-Customer)
Because Qssly provides headless scheduling infrastructure and is not a merchant-of-record, all customer booking cancellations, reschedules, and refund settlements are managed directly between the End-Customer and the Tenant:
- Custom Tenant Rules: Booking cancellation windows, cutoff times, deposit requirements, and refund percentages are configured individually per-service by the respective Tenant (business operator). The Tenant's own policy governs all booking changes.
- No Transaction Commission: Qssly charges no booking commissions or transactional fees on bookings. 100% of payment amounts flow directly from the End-Customer to the Tenant's payment gateway (Stripe or Razorpay).
- Settlements & Claims: Refunds for cancelled bookings must be requested from the Tenant. All approved refunds are issued directly by the Tenant via their merchant dashboard. Qssly has no authority or capacity to reverse, capture, or refund End-Customer transactions.
3. Subscription Discrepancies
If you believe your Tenant subscription account was billed incorrectly, please submit a billing dispute ticket with details to [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date.
Qssly is owned and operated by Qssly Technologies.
